Always a Conference highlight, this year's Banquet has a special treat in store with musical guest Meaghan Blanchard. One of the brightest stars on the Island music scene, Ms. Blanchard's country/folk acoustic blend has garnered her multiple Music PEI and East Coast Music Association awards (and if you happen to see a picture, notice the bright red hair, and wonder ... yes, she has portrayed "Anne with an 'E' ").
