The New Anne Has Been Chosen!

The new Anne for the upcoming production of Anne and Gilbert has been selected! From July 15th-September 5th at the Harbourfront Jubilee Theatre, Islander Rebecca Parent will take the stage as the imaginative Anne Shirley.

Rebecca, who is a musical theatre student at Acadia University, is 19 years old and from Stratford, PEI. Parent is quoted as saying, "I'm honoured and very excited to have been selected for this role. I'm looking forward to becoming fiery Anne Shirley, and her first love experience will be my first love story on stage."
