The Nine Lives of L.M. Montgomery

July 11 to August 22 at the Carrefour Theatre in Charlottetown
A musical biography of the celebrated Canadian author. Writer Adam-Michael James and Emmy-nominated composer Leo Marchildon teamed up to create this one-of-a-kind, very special theatrical event. L.M. Montgomery is best known for her first book, the 1908 Anne of Green Gables which popularized her native Prince Edward Island, and, to this day attracts thousands of tourists. However, Maud wrote 19 other books centering on a total of eight heroines - Anne, Kilmeny, Sara, Emily, Valancy, Marigold, Pat, and Jane.  Add Maud's own complicated life to those of her fictional octet and you get The Nine Lives of L.M. Montgomery
