Welcome to the home of the 2010 L.M. Montgomery conference, “L.M. Montgomery and the Matter of Nature." Presented by the L.M. Montgomery Institute of UPEI, the conference runs June 23rd to 27th, 2010 at the University of Prince Edward Island, Charlottetown.

Social Events
This year, on Thursday, June 24th, conference-goers attended an introduction to the Montgomery Theatre hosted by Duncan MacIntosh, followed by dinner at the Pearl in North Rustico. Many thanks to Duncan and his team at the Montgomery Theatre, and to Maxine Delany and her team at the Pearl Cafe for a truly wonderful evening!
On Sunday, June 27th, we went out on our North Shore Montgomery Tour, including stops in Park Corner, New London, and Cavendish, hosted by Benjamin Lefebvre. After dinner at Chez Yvonnes, the tour concluded with a poetry reading at the beautiful Macneill Homestead in Cavendish, with readings by Benjamin Lefebvre, Nancy Holmes, Deirdre Kessler, and Jane Ledwell. UPEI's own Anne Furlong was our wonderful emcee for the evening.
